Once your eligibility and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive an email with download instructions and your license key. 1 seat (single desktop license).

- Why an admin fee? To cover distribution costs for the >35GB download and ensure only serious users access the product.
- Can I renew after 6 months? No – the trial is a one‑time offer and cannot be renewed. After your 6‑month trial ends, you can continue by choosing one of our full licenses, available on the Pricing page.
- Do I lose my data if I don’t renew? No, your projects remain stored locally. You’ll just need an active license to continue using the AI team.
- Is the Trial License fee refundable? No, it is an administrative fee and thus not refundable. For more info see the page Legal & Policies.
